Gite du Canal is a unique holiday home in Josselin, just a few minutes' walk from the canal—perfect for a getaway with your loved ones. The house is simple yet practical and especially appreciated for its location. Long stays are welcome. This three-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms over two floors, one bathroom, plus two extra toilets, accommodating up to 7 guests. Please note: the stairs are steep, so the house is not recommended for seniors, those with reduced mobility, or young children. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fiber internet, TV, fan, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also available. There is no air conditioning. The house is dual-aspect. Towels are not provided. Enjoy a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a balcony. Access to the balcony is via a steep climb. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Nearby, you'll find plenty of outdoor activities: walking or cycling along the canal (less than 5 minutes away), pétanque court, picnic tables, relaxation areas, and a children's playground. Wellness treatments and massages can be arranged on site for an extra charge. You can unload your belongings in front of the house. Free parking is available nearby.
